Log into your Beauty Base account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

Secure Your Package

Carefully pack the unused products in their original packaging, ensuring all safety seals are intact to qualify for a refund or exchange.

Affix Shipping Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel before dropping it off at any authorized courier location.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
